  • 1. Please text of call your Instructor to give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your class or you will be charged for the missed lesson.
  • 2. Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times, in order to train. Flip flops and open toed shoes are not acceptable.
  • 3. Dogs must be put on lead prior to exiting your vehicle and must remain on lead
  • at all times unless told otherwise by an Instructor.
  • 4. Do not let your dog foul the Agility or Obedience area if possible.
  • 5. All dog mess must be cleaned up and taken to the 'POO' bin provided.
  • 6. Small children must stay in the vehicles or near to their parents and NOT leave the training area.
  • 7. Training is easily disrupted by other people entering the training areas. It is also DANGEROUS to enter the training areas while others are working.
  • 8. One member of the family to train with their dog at a time.
  • 9. Please do not use any of the equipment unsupervised.
  • 10. All training is done at your own risk. Although every effort is made to ensure no accidents take place, there is always an element of risk involved when dealing with dogs.
  • 11. Please ensure that you are fit enough to do certain amounts of double time and agility. If at any time you feel that the training is too heavy, please drop out. Should your medical situation change during your time with us, please inform the Head Trainer or your Instructor, so that they are aware of any medical intervention that may be necessary.
  • 12. By way of risk assessment, if the weather conditions are not favourable, we advise that you may stop at any time during a training session, and that if you continue it is at your own risk.
  • 13. When driving into or leaving the site be aware of other traffic entering and leaving the site. Please enter and leave the site at no more than 5mph.
  • 14. Please be aware that our lane is used by horses, other pedestrians and dogs so extreme care must be taken at all times
  • 15. Whilst every effort is made to ensure vehicular safety, vehicles are parked in our carpark at your own risk.
  • 16. Dogzaloud and its Instructors will not be held liable for any injury caused by any means, by it or any other member of the school.
  • 17. All training is done at the risk of the handler.
  • 18. Should clients decide to discontinue training, monies paid will not be refunded.
  • Please remember to bring the following each week:
  • Dog
  • Flat Collar
  • Lead (ideally about 4ft long - no extendable leads please)
  • Treats (cheese/hotdog etc)
  • Toy/Prey Dummy
  • Long Line (20ft lead for all off lead work)
